At Angels of Stars, you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at supportangelsofstars@gmail.com; if approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted. We don’t accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or perishable products, personal care items, or hazardous materials. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. For EU customers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
